  • How long will my delivery take?

    We offer next day delivery for orders placed before midday, Monday-Friday. Delivery cost is £6.20.

  • Do you offer exchanges?

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customersupport@foxburyheritage.com and return your original item.

  • How do I return an item?

    To return an item, please do so within 30 days of your purchase. Log in to your account and follow the prompts to place a return. After submitting your return, you will receive the option to arrange a collection or drop off your parcel at the nearest drop-off location. Pack your items in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and labels. Once your return has been received, you will receive a notification via email of your refund. Please note, the return shipping cost of £3.50 will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • How long will my refund take?

    Once your return has landed in our warehouse, we aim to process your refund within 5 working days. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your bank account after processing.

  • What do I do if I have received a faulty item?

    We try our utmost to ensure no items are faulty, however occasional issues can arise due to factors outside of our control. If you do receive a faulty item, please email customersupport@foxburyheritage.com, include your order number and a description of the issue, and we will be happy to arrange an exchange.

  • Do you offer discount codes?

    When you sign up for Foxbury Heritage emails, you will receive a discount code entitling you to 15% off your first full-price order. Keep an eye out on our Ambassador’s social pages for their unique discount codes too!
